Given the nature of products we work with orders are generally dispatched within 5-10 business days of placing the order.

Our design and business office is based in Kochi, Kerala in South India. What is the origin of the product? Which country?
Our Resin and Ceramic products are handmade in Kerala, India by skilled artisans and painters with several years of experience under their belt.
Can I customise an item?
If you have an bulk order request for 50 units or more, we can provide a custom order, subject to design. Our process will also include your approval of the custom design. Please contact our team at contactus@memorytrain.com or by calling +914844607404 for further details.
In the case of an order less than 50 units, we only offer an option to add a gift wrap or a custom gift message at the checkout page while placing your order.
I want my order early. Can you help?

How do I cancel a product I have ordered?
You can cancel an order that has not been shipped. You can reach out to our Customer relationship team through mail at contactus@memorytrain.com or can call on +914844607404 . After the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but certain return policies will apply.
Can an order be cancelled once placed?
An order can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement of the order.
Can I cancel my order after it is shipped?
Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return if there is non-acceptance. In case of prepaid orders, We will reserve the right to charge 2-way shipping costs.
What is your Return Policy?
Our return policy is flexible and customer-friendly. We try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms.
What is the timeline for returning an item?
Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product, Manufacturing defect & incorrect product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. What is the process of return?
Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged parts and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the images on contactus@memorytrain.com from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details about its eligibility for return.
We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, please ship your return package via the SAME COURIER COMPANY, we will bear the cost of return shipping. Please email the tracking number to contactus@memorytrain.com
How long will it take to initiate the refund?
It usually takes about 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process will get initiated within 3-5 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account.
All refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the product back at our warehouse. The refunds can be made in form of Store Credits, Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they are usually processed immediately on confirmation. Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account.
What are the factors to be considered while returning
The product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc. The product should be unused and in its original condition.
Do I get a replacement for the return?
You can receive a replacement for your product only if it has its original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty card and shipping label, invoice. The product should be unused, in its original condition with no form of damage. In cases of damaged products, a refund or a replacement can be initiated depending on the need of the client as well as on the availability of the product.
Do you have reverse pickup facility?
We do not provide reverse pickups for the products. You can courier the product back to us from select courier services which are suggested by us and we will provide the logistics charges to the customers.
Can I exchange it with other products of memorytrain?
You can choose a different product for exchange but the product should be of the same value as the previous product that the customer had chosen. Courier charges will have to be borne by the customer.
What are the various modes of Payment?
Our payment gateway partner is PhonePe and we accept Indian credit cards (MasterCard/Visa), Amex Cards Issued in India, All Net Banking, All Debit Cards, and Cash Cards & Mobile Payment as payment options. UPI payments are also available.
Do you provide COD option?
Our e-commerce site does not offer COD (Cash on Delivery) options.
